Positions Every Guy Must Try : SNOW ANGEL

Benefits: She gets a prime view of your derriere.

This is challenging: She lies on her back while you straddle her facing away. She lifts her legs and wraps them around your back to elevate her pelvis so you can enter. She then grabs your butt to help you slide up and back. She can add a little massage action to her grip also.

Common Sex Mistakes Men Make

While we’d like to believe we’re all Casanovas in the sack, the truth of the matter is that every one of us has made our fair share of mistakes in the bedroom. (We were all virgins at one point, so let’s not all flatter ourselves.)
But there is a bright side to these sexual foibles, as these mishaps are used as learning experiences for future, more impressive lovemaking. In case you need a recap of the mistakes you’ve made, these are the most widespread (but redeemable) mistakes we’ve made in bed — some of which, you’ll realize, happen more than others.

1. We Cut Foreplay Short
Sometimes a man is just too worked up to make his way through the first stages of intercourse and instead skips the preview, opting for express access to full-on penetration. While selfish of us, the alternative is coming prematurely. Like, prior to entering.

2. We Have A Messy Pubic Situation

In the same way women head out in public makeup-free and tragically collide with an ex for the first time after a not-so-amicable breakup, there’s the just-as-likely instance we’re going to get lucky after a dry spell; which usually means our pubic situation is not ideal, resembling hair a wild tumbleweed in a deserted Western town.
On the opposite end of the pubic spectrum, we might have shaved the day before an unexpected dalliance and our pubic area is covered in that itchy, unexpected rash due to both brutish techniques and insufficient tools (because shopping for razors is expensive, so we don’t really do that too much).

3. We Sweat On Her

Sometimes we put in a lot of work to make sure everybody’s getting off during an intimate encounter. The result of this is that we sweat. A lot. And since many of the most popular sex positionsplace us on top of her, she’ll likely encounter our sweat as well.

4. We Get Too Aggressive

Whether we thrust too hard, say something too vulgar, or use our fingers as if we’re operating a jackhammer, sometimes we can get a little too aggressive in the throes of passion, and need to be told to back the f*ck off. While a little aggression can certainly be appreciated, we sometimes take her fondness for aggression too far and therefore need to be put in our place. So, uh spank us... or something.

5. We Come Early

If it’s been a while for us — or the girl is hotter than anything we’ve ever masturbated to — we might “arrive” a little earlier than we’d like. We tend to get a little embarrassed when this occurs (insisting we “swear this never happens”), so we either end the dalliance, expecting to never hear from her again, or hope that she gives us another shot in about 20 minutes. Maybe 30.

6. We Don’t Come At All

On the other hand, while many dudes ejaculate prematurely, others may not come at all. In both instances, we usually feel the same way and try to make up for it by, again, assuring her this never happens, or, more likely, blame it on the alcohol.

7. We Put The Condom On Backwards

Despite being taught this lesson as far back as elementary school, a condom is not easy to put on. You’re almost guaranteed to put the thing on backwards in the first attempt. I’ve never actually gone as far to roll a condom down my shaft backwards because that would be difficult to do, but I’m sure somebody somewhere has.

8. We Stab The Pubic Bone

Similar to how we may hit the anus instead of her vagina, sometimes we instead stab her pubic bone. In fact, when confronted with our first vagina, many of us are surprised to find that it’s actually located underneath the female. Many of us are falsely led to believe (through illustrated diagrams and urban legend) that the vagina is located further up on the body, closer to where you find a guy’s penis. Nope.

9. We Put Our Wieners In Her Butt “Accidentally"

Whether intentional or not, if you’re having sex in the dark, we don’t have much to guide ourselves. So sometimes, in an attempt to get ourselves in there, we hit that other part of the anatomy that is located rather close to the intended target. Since condoms don’t come with a GPS (not a bad business idea, actually) we instead have to feel around as if we’re playing a game of pin the dick on the vagina. If you ever find yourself in a situation such as this, ask your lady for a favor: grab our wiener and do the guiding for us.

10. We Get A Little Too Influenced By Porn

We watch a lot of porn. All of us. Because we do, we tend use porn as a tool for sexual education when we really shouldn’t. This is evident when we attempt difficult positions that look way better than they feel. This may also lead us to say things we’ve heard in hardcore clips that we shouldn’t with our partners, turning sex into some strange monologue that has us asking bizarre questions that ultimately feed our egos.

14 Foreplay Tips to Please Your Woman

4. Go easy
Yes, the clitoris is the obvious place to focus your attention. Still, many men do wrong by it. "Direct stimulation of the clitoris can actually be painful," says Cathy Winks, author of The Good Vibrations Guide to the G-spot. "It's much better to rub the clitoral hood [where the tops of the labia meet] or to rub along the side of the clitoris than it is to go straight for the head of it." When playing with the clitoris during oral sex, Birch's advice is to "focus on the clitoris, then don't focus on the clitoris. The clitoris reacts best to being teased, so you want to lick it and suck on it a little, build a little tension, then back off on it a bit before going at it again."
5. Drive her wild with the 'figure 8' technique
The figure-8 tongue technique: When you're at her service down below, work the supersensitive area around her clitoris in a figure-8 pattern. Arouse her with gentle sucking until the little button swells, then carefully expose the area with your fingers. Use the slippery underside of your tongue to circle it to the left and then to the right. With the rougher top side of the tongue, flick from right to left and then up and down. Finally work up to figure 8s, alternating between your tongue's smooth underside and firmer tip. Constantly vary the degrees of pressure you use.
6. Expand your repertoire
Expand your repertoire of oral sex with this method: You lie perpendicular to her body, which allows you to stroke her clitoris with your tongue in a crosswise motion, rather than up and down. She'll appreciate the change in stimulation—hopefully, enough to return the reward.
7. A body part you shouldn't neglect
Oft overlooked as mere roadblocks to the vagina, the labia are packed with nerve endings and are not to be ignored. Hold each one between your thumb and forefinger and massage it, working your way up and down. Or, using all of your fingers and your palm, "smoosh" the labia together, almost like you're (gently!) kneading dough.
8. Best position for hitting the G-spot
Most experts say that G-spot stimulation works best when you do it by hand, since it allows for more subtle manipulation. But that means less fun for you. To get at her G-spot during intercourse, enter her doggy-style from the rear. "It's the best angle for hitting the G-spot," says Cathy Winks, author of The Good Vibrations Guide to the G-spot. Keep your hands on her hips and pull her towards you each time you thrust forward. Want more tips on how to get her off? Check out these 10 Lessons about the Female Orgasm.
9. Get down and give me the sexual push up
There's a reason girls swoon when they see a six pack. They know a man with strong abs is going to be great in the sack. Sexual push-ups are a great way to flex your abs for her: Assume the standard push-up position you'd use if you were working out. Then have your partner slide underneath you. This variation on the man-on-top position works extremely well for guys with flat stomachs, says sex expert Michael Perry, Ph.D. "You should have your arms down along her sides, and thrust with your shoulders as well as your abdominals," he says.
10. Try the 'X' position
Women like a guy with strong arms. Emphasize yours by using the "X" position. Sit facing your partner, legs apart. As you enter her, have her straddle your hips with her legs. Both you and your partner should then reach backward with your arms, placing them about shoulder width apart. Keep your arms straight, and lean back onto them, so that you arch your back and slightly raise your pelvis (together, your bodies will form the shape of an X). Once you're in position, lean back on your arms and rock your pelvis to create a strong, thrusting motion.
11. A trick for lasting longer
If you're worried about getting off too early, try becoming more aware of your pre-orgasmic sensations. Most men only recognize that last, no-turning-back feeling, that occurs just before ejaculation, says David Copeland, of the How to Succeed with Women website. By then it's too late to do anything about it. Try to become familiar with the two or three more subtle sensations that precede that one, so that you can slow down at the right time.
12. Kissing keeps her going
You're close, really close, but you're forgetting what got you here in the first place. "Women get their greatest erotic pleasure from frequent, passionate kissing," says Britton. "If you get the sense that she's starting to lose interest, kissing is always the best way to bring her back into it." Just remember that passionate kissing doesn't always mean frantically swabbing out her tonsils. Try to mix up your tongue play with the occasional closed-mouth kiss on her nose, eyes, and forehead.
13. Another good trick for lasting longer
To her, 14 minutes feels like "been there, done that." Time to be the man of the hour. Rock and roll. Before you get too close to the 14-minute mark, penetrate her as deeply as you can and then stop thrusting. Now press your pelvic bone against hers and start shifting up and down in a kind of rocking motion. "It won't be as stimulating for you, so you'll last longer, and it may be more stimulating for her," says Jed Kaminetsky, M.D., a professor of urology at New York University.

14. Reward her bravery
When she initiates the action, make an extra effort to please her sexually and to let her know how much you approve. Tell her you loved her initiation. Sometimes women wonder if you're going to perceive initiation as negative or if it might make you uncomfortable.

What Your Favorite Sex Position Says about You

The Move: Missionary is like Sex 101: It’s the way we’re “taught” to have sex, and the way that we see it most often in rom-coms and TV shows. But although this position is a classic, a Missionary Man might be a little insecure or “need reassurance by seeing his lover be responsive,” says sex therapist Ava Cadell, Ph.D., author of Neurolovology. You may also be keen on having control duringsex, as missionary gives you all the driving power. Since the position finds both people face-to-face, there’s some intimacy to it—but its basicness suggests the guy might not be confident about the other moves in his arsenal. “It’s romantic, but not very adventurous,” Cadell says.
Switch Things Up: There’s nothing wrong with loving the classics, but make sure you take a walk on the wild side every now and then. "If you can onlyclimax during missionary, that’s a problem," Cadell says, and you’ll need to do some “reprogramming” to your sex life. Try switching to woman on top, which has all of the same intimate qualities, but will let you relinquish some of that control—and spice things up.
DOGGYSTYLE
The Move: We’ve never met a guy who didn’t like doggy. This, some believe, is how man was meant to have sex. A doggy-lover "taps into his territorial animalistic instinct as king of the jungle,” says Cadell, “but he also has fears of intimacy and is generally unromantic.” After all, you probably don’t go for rear entry because you want to whisper sweet nothings in her ear from behind.
Switch Things Up: You can get the deepest penetration from this position, but what you earn in depth, you lose in intimacy. To make up for it, spring for spoons every now and then. You’ll still get to enter from behind, but the snuggly qualities of spooning sex will make your partner feel like a dime, rather than a piece of meat. (Want more? WOMAN ON TOP
The Move: The beauty of this position is that there are a million ways to do it—and it’s all up to her. Men who love their women on the saddle are likely concerned with pleasing their partners, and Cadell says this move shows that “he’s confident in being submissive, but he can also be dominant when he enables her to reach her orgasm with deeper penetration.” Basically, you get off helping her get off.
Switch Things Up: We get that you like the view from down there—who wouldn't?—but take control every now and again by flipping her over. She’ll appreciate the occasional shift in power, and the view isn’t bad from back there, either.
